in downtown Metro Manila. With |

only a handful of skilled and dedicated people, we were able
to bring to life the spirit of good, |

fresh Filipino baking. Our first products, Pan de Sal and
Pullman Bread, were |

instant favorites among first-time customers. |

one outlet at the corner of Avenida and Recto soon grew into
a chain of |

outlets around Quiapo, Binondo and Sta. Cruz. Earning the
taste and favor of |
|
more and more downtown residents, the delight of Bakers' Fair's
fresh baked |
|
goods became a must-have among hotels soon joined the roster
commuters |
|
and vacationers on the road. Schools, restaurants and of institutions
enjoying |
|
our products and serving them as part of their product line. |
